Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions while adhering to Salesforce best practices.

This is a hands-on development role, requiring strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations, with a solid grasp of DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD deployment processes.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution development, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to analyze requirements.

Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and API-based integrations.

Manage data models, including custom objects and field configurations.

Implement automated solutions using Apex Triggers and Flows.

Design and develop dynamic and interactive UIs using LWC, custom modals, and buttons.

Ensure code quality and platform stability through test-driven development and comprehensive unit testing.

Perform troubleshooting and debugging using tools like Salesforce Inspector and Dataloader.

Leverage version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and DevOps tools (VS Code, Jenkins).

Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and recommend proactive solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

7–10 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.

Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, SOSL.

Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud architecture and custom development best practices.

Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs.

Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, and VS Code for version control.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile development frameworks.

Proficiency in Salesforce debugging tools and data management utilities.

Strong background in unit testing with high code coverage.

Salesforce Developer and Advanced Developer certifications.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Certifications such as Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, CPQ.

Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, ETL platforms.

Exposure to platforms like Heroku, BI tools, and Marketing Automation.

Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.

Experience building dynamic forms, custom pop-ups, and enhanced user experiences.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Communication Skills:

Excellent spoken and written communication in English

Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Active listener with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
