Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Job Description:

8–9 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical lead role. Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. This role involves a mix of hands-on development, technical leadership, and mentoring of junior developers. Good experience in Salesforce integration with external systems. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and design patterns. Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing and leading teams in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Knowledge of Agent Force and Data Cloud is desirable. Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security controls. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flows. Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and project standards. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. Review code, provide mentoring, and enforce coding and architectural standards across the team. Drive delivery across Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), utilizing out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate. Guide team members in developing Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, and automated flows. Manage and troubleshoot integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP) using middleware tools or native Salesforce mechanisms. Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Stay updated with Salesforce’s new releases and advise on adopting new or enhanced capabilities. Act as a point of contact for offshore, onshore, and stakeholder communication. Ensure quality assurance through test coverage, unit testing, and continuous integration practices. Monitor performance and implement optimizations. Lead troubleshooting and debug complex Salesforce-related issues. Implement and enforce development, testing, and release management best practices. Experience with Version Control Systems (e.g. Git) is desirable.
