Lead I - Enterprise Solutions Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer to work in a Support Role for one of our key clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a production support environment.

Experience Range

Total IT Experience: 7+ years

Relevant Salesforce Experience: 5+ years

Hiring Location

Preferred Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi & Trivandrum

Must Have Skills

Salesforce Platform (Lightning configuration and development)

Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce (7+ years)

Lightning Web Components (LWC) – Intermediate

Aura Components – Intermediate

Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud experience

Integration knowledge: REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Bulk API – Intermediate

Agile methodology and experience working in globally distributed teams

DevOps/Deployment: CLI commands, GIT, Change Sets

Tools: VS Code, Data Loader

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Good to Have Skills

DevOps Tools: Copado, Flosum, Jenkins

ANT Migration Tool

Experience with additional Salesforce clouds or AppExchange products

Certifications:

Good to Have: PD2, App Builder/Admin, Architect certifications

Knowledge of Salesforce new features from seasonal releases

Industry-specific domain experience (e.g., Retail, Healthcare, etc.)

Certifications

Must Have: Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)

Good to Have: Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2), App Builder, Admin, Architect Certifications

Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for Salesforce applications, resolving issues, and implementing minor enhancements.

Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Participate in technical discussions and solution design.

Execute testing to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Document changes and solutions as part of the support process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve system issues.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Self-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team
