Skills & Experience Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

Experience: 2-3 years of functional domain experience and 8-10 years working on the FI-CO module in SAP implementation projects. Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI-CO configuration. Implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA. Expertise in configuring/defining the following in the FI-CO module: SAP FI – General Ledger SAP FI – New G/L SAP FI – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable SAP FI – Asset Accounting SAP CO – Cost Centers and Profit Centers SAP CO – Internal Orders SAP CO – Product Costing SAP COPA – Controlling and Profitability Analysis SAP BPC – Basic knowledge and exposure Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills. Teamwork: Must be a good team player.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Certification/Experience in Simple Finance. SAP Certification in FI-CO Module. Experience using Solution Manager in implementations. Experience in SAP Country India Version (CIN) configuration and applications. Integration experience with other modules like SD, MM, PS, HR. Training/Awareness on Net Weaver Components. Team leading experience would be an added advantage. Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with basic technical knowledge.
