Job Title: Salesforce Technical Solutions Architect

Experience Range: 12–18 Years (Minimum 9 years in Salesforce)
Hiring Location: Chennai & Trivandrum

Must Have Skills

Salesforce Experience: Minimum 9 years in architecting, solutioning, and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC).

Data Modeling: Strong experience with Salesforce-specific data modeling and enterprise architecture collaboration.

Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II and at least 2 Salesforce Architect-stream certifications.

Development: Hands-on with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC), Triggers, SOQL, and JavaScript.

Integration: Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, WSDL, Bulk API, Metadata API.

Project Delivery: Participation in at least 2 large Salesforce implementations (10,000+ users), handling both solutioning and execution.

Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment tools like ANT, SFDX, Eclipse, change sets.

Admin & Config: Expertise in profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

Onsite Coordination: Proven experience working with US/UK clients in onsite-offshore model.

Good to Have Skills

Certifications: Advanced Admin (ADM301), Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.

Languages: Background in Java/.Net or other OOP platforms.

ETL Tools: Experience with Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, Mulesoft.

Front-End Tech: HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery, Google APIs.

Salesforce Add-ons: Experience with Salesforce1, Heroku, Radian6, Einstein, Analytics Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while guiding development teams.

Evaluate and recommend optimal balance between Salesforce configuration and custom development.

Collaborate with enterprise architects on data design and integration strategies.

Review and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding best practices and performance guidelines.

Participate in all phases of project life cycle: requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Lead integration of Salesforce with external platforms via APIs and middleware tools.

Ensure smooth deployment and solve release issues using tools like ANT, SFDX, Git.

Provide support in user setup, security model design, and general administration.

Identify opportunities for platform optimization and innovation.
