Job Title: Salesforce Senior Developer

Location : Pune & Trivandrum

Overall Experience

8–9 years of total IT industry experience. 5–6 years of hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration, and configuration. Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and JavaScript frameworks. Preferred: Experience in Java/.NET and object-oriented programming concepts. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with US-based Salesforce teams and business stakeholders.

Salesforce.com Certifications

Must Have: Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce AppBuilder Desirable: Salesforce Platform Developer II or DEV 501 (all 3 modules completed) Good to Have: Salesforce Advanced Admin (ADM301) Salesforce Consultant (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)

Core Platform Development Skills

Minimum of 4 end-to-end Salesforce Lightning (Aura/LWC) project implementations. Strong hands-on development in: Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Apex Triggers SOQL Salesforce DX (SFDX) Visual Studio Experience in: Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Clouds REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, Metadata API App Builder, Process Builder, Flow Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards Apex Data Loader and/or ETL tools (Informatica, Boomi, Mulesoft, Cast Iron)

Additional Technical Skills

Proficient with: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Copado, Bamboo, ANT, Change Sets HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX JavaScript & frameworks (e.g., jQuery) SQL/PL-SQL and database schema understanding Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities. Experience in: CI/CD pipeline management and deployment strategies Salesforce admin tasks like user setup, roles/profiles, and security configurations

Good to Have

Exposure to: Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot Einstein AI / Analytics Salesforce1 / VF Mobile Heroku, Radian6 Salesforce Data Cloud Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)

Soft Skills & Collaboration
