Job Title: Salesforce Senior Administrator
Experience Range: 5–6 Years
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Kochi, Trivandrum, Noida, Hyderabad
Must-Have Skills:
4–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration Deep expertise in Service Cloud, including support for heavily customized implementations Proficient in Salesforce admin activities: user/role/profile management, security setup, page layouts, sharing settings Strong experience with Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Case Assignment Rules, and Auto-response Rules Experience managing data quality using tools like Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Import Wizard Strong understanding of CRM processes related to customer support Ability to develop reports and dashboards aligned with business KPIs Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components Hands-on experience with Change Sets, Eclipse, or ANT for deployments Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation, extraction, and reporting Experience supporting Salesforce integration with other systems (ERP, marketing tools, etc.) Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) and Platform App Builder certifications
Good-to-Have Skills:
Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-301) certification Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer I/II certifications Experience with GitHub, DevOps, or CI/CD tools related to Salesforce Exposure to change management processes and ticketing tools Familiarity with debugging using logs and troubleshooting deployment issuesRoles & Responsibilities:
User Management: Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls System Configuration: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules Data Management: Perform audits, deduplication, imports/exports, and ensure data integrity Reports & Dashboards: Build custom dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder needs Automation: Design and maintain flows, process builders, and workflow automation Integration Support: Assist in integrations with ERP, marketing, or service platforms User Training & Support: Provide support, training, and documentation for end users Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with business and technical teams to gather and implement requirements System Maintenance: Monitor platform performance, manage regular releases, and maintain stability Security & Compliance: Implement and manage secure sharing models and comply with regulatory standards Continuous Improvement: Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
