Must-Have Skills:

 

5+ years of experience supporting and implementing CRM solutions as a Business Systems Analyst Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Hands-on experience with Salesforce customizations, development, enhancements, and support Deep understanding of order management and product entitlement processes Experience with system integrations and 3rd party system enablement Proficiency in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Strong project management skills: scope definition, timeline management, resource coordination Excellent written and verbal communication skills  

Good-to-Have Skills:

 

Salesforce Certifications Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Knowledge of technical design documentation and system testing (UAT, performance) Ability to create and deliver training materials for business system end-users Experience with change management and defect/enhancement prioritization

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Oversee multiple functional areas related to CRM applications Facilitate business process review meetings with subject matter experts and optimize workflows Help shape and implement strategic roadmaps for business systems Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional application specifications Design high-level functional documents and coordinate with development teams Document and execute test plans for system, performance, and user-acceptance testing Manage and prioritize application defects/enhancements and support change management Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions Lead and manage projects related to system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements Provide accurate project estimates and assist team members with planning Collaborate across departments to ensure effective business system operations with a service-oriented mindset
