Job Title: Salesforce BSA (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud)

Experience Range:

8+ years total IT experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce
Minimum 4–5 Salesforce implementations (each ≥ 6 months)

Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi & Trivandrum

 

Must-Have Skills:

 

Minimum 4–5 full-cycle implementations of Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud, each lasting at least 6 months. Deep experience with Salesforce configuration and administration, including working with standard/custom objects. Strong experience in solution and technical design within Salesforce based on BRD and functional requirements. Proven ability to create detailed documents: BRDs, SRS, Gap Analysis, Use Cases, Solution Design Documents. Experience building prototype configurations in Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Chatter, Force.com). Excellent skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud (at least 1–2 implementations). Experience working in onsite-offshore model with distributed teams. Ability to drive and manage JAD sessions, Design workshops, and UAT sign-offs with business teams.

 

Good-to-Have Skills:

 

Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, Web Services. Familiarity with Salesforce code optimization and low-code/no-code configurations. Exposure to Salesforce DX, DevOps, version control tools. Salesforce Certifications such as: Salesforce Business Analyst Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant Experience Cloud Consultant Application Architect (preferred)
