About the Role Our consultants work with client stakeholders during deployments and after go-live to help them succeed and get the most out of their Workday. As a Workday Financials Integrations Lead Consultant, you will leverage your expertise across implementation and deployment projects. This will be a hands-on role and looking for certified consultants with a positive, can-do attitude who want to be in a leadership role and grow with our UST Workday practice. The Opportunity and Responsibilities: • Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from the business or end user teams and translate them into technical requirements. The consultant will manage configuration and enhancements of the system to the customers’ expectations and requirements. • Perform hands-on integration configuration, testing, and deployment activities, as needed • For production clients, consultant will be involved in ongoing support activities that include monitoring daily schedulers and report, integration errors, s. They will work with client teams to resolve and address these items. • Work with project managers and functional consultants on implementation projects to configure in-scope integration and associated configuration in line with Workday methodologies • Work effectively under time-critical deadlines and handle competing priorities across multiple geographies • Oversee and provide Q/A reviews for our junior integration developers • Train and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients on Workday integrations What you need: • Must have core Workday Financials and integration certification. As a Workday partner UST can maintain and expand your Workday certifications. • Experience in an integration/technical role across at least 2 Workday Financials Implementations or large-scale support FINS projects • 4+ years of solid experience configuring and supporting Workday financial integrations and related APIs • 3+ years of experience interfacing with key Workday financial modules and end-to-end finance process which include, but are not limited to, FDM (Foundational Data Model), Supplier and Customer Accounts, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and Revenue Management • Working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT, WWS, Java and JSON. • 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience across Workday technical suite which includes Workday Studio, EIB, report writer, custom reporting, calculated fields and Workday Security, core connectors • Supported integrated testing strategies and coordinate testing efforts with end-users • Ability to manage multiple tasks while not losing focus on quality • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality. • A strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations • Associate or bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience, required • Adaptive experience (desirable)
