Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CE (Customer Engagement) development. The ideal candidate should be able to build scalable business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while also working on complex integrations using Azure and data tools like KingswaySoft and SSIS.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), and other Power Platform solutions.

Design and implement complex workflows and automations using Power Automate.

Build and customize Power BI reports and dashboards to support analytics and decision-making.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, third-party systems, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.

Develop SSIS packages and use KingswaySoft for data integration and ETL processes.

Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to technical design sessions and code reviews.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance or integration issues in existing solutions.

Must-Have Skills

7–8 years of experience in Power Platform development: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.

Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration.

Proficiency in SSIS and KingswaySoft for data migration/integration.

Solid experience in SQL Server and relational databases.

Knowledge of Azure integration concepts (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience integrating SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams with Power Platform.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or TeamCity for deployment automation.

Exposure to ALM practices for Power Platform.

Microsoft certifications such as:

PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant

PL-400: Power Platform Developer

Basic knowledge of Dataverse, Security Roles, and Business Rules in Model-Driven Apps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
