Roles and Responsibilities:Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications and Deployment documentation.
Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest code improvements.
Act as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues and resolve them promptly.
Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice-related activities like case studies, reusability, internal seminars, and knowledge sharing sessions.
Identify problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system.
Independently manage build and deployment processes and handle technical troubleshooting.
Manage a team of junior developers, providing guidance, setting goals, and conducting regular feedback sessions.
Monitor and update IT processes, procedures, and SOPs to align with security standards and best practices.
