Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain, hands-on experience with Guidewire Claim Center, and the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ClaimCenter implementations or enhancements. Analyze existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvements using Guidewire solutions. Define and document functional specifications for development teams. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly. Support the end-to-end claims process within the Guidewire ClaimCenter system. Conduct impact analysis and support UAT to ensure successful delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter. Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. Proven business analysis expertise, including requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Guidewire Insurance Suite components and functionality.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with Guidewire Integrations. Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across global teams.
