Lead II - Business Analysis
Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in US Healthcare, particularly in Medicare and Member Enrollment/Billing domains. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills and will be responsible for leading business analysis efforts, translating business needs into actionable user stories, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.

Lead the process of translating high-level business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Conduct data analysis, create ad-hoc reports, and support testing efforts to ensure solution accuracy.

Provide subject matter expertise in US Healthcare, including Medicare, Member Enrollment, and Billing domains.

Work across multiple Lines of Business (LOB) such as Commercial and Medicare to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure backlog grooming and sprint planning are conducted effectively.

Maintain and manage requirements and workflows in JIRA.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Act as a mentor to junior BAs and support cross-functional team collaboration.

Adapt quickly to changes in project scope and business priorities.

Must-Have Skills:

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.

Solid understanding of US Healthcare systems and Medicare business.

Proven experience with Member Enrollment and Billing processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration capabilities.

Effective time management and multi-tasking skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Healthcare product/platform configuration.

Familiarity with multiple LOBs like Medicaid or other Government programs.

Exposure to tools like Confluence, MS Excel, SQL, or BI reporting tools.

Background in Agile coaching or team leadership in a scaled Agile environment.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist are a plus.
