Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in financial markets to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business analysis principles and practices, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop and document business processes, workflows, and use cases. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Assist in the design and implementation of financial solutions that meet client needs. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. (Optional) Provide support as a Scrum Master or Project Manager when required.

Qualifications: 8-12 years of relevant experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial sector. Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading processes. Proficiency in creating business requirement documents and functional specifications. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. Scrum Master or Project Management experience is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
