Job Description One of Insight Globals clients is looking to onboard a Lead IAM Engineer to their team. They will be responsible for overseeing the administration of Okta, design and implement secure authentication solutions for custom applications, and develop APIs from the ground up. They work hands-on with CyberArk, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive IAM strategy in a fast-paced environment. This role requires balancing multiple priorities, mentoring team members, and continuously improving access management processes to support scalability and cost efficiency. This is a permanent opportunity and will be required to come onsite 5 days a week in Irving, TX or Irvine, CA. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering, with a strong focus on Okta (35 years as primary admin). Strong understanding of APIs, API authentication, and the ability to write APIs from scratch Proven ability to build and manage authentication systems for custom apps Hands-on experience with CyberArk. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable. CISSP, SSCP, Certified Okta Professional/Developer Experience with access control on at least one large scale Healthcare EMR such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
