Design, develop, and configure TRIRIGA applications, focusing on Lease and Property Management modules.
Customize and enhance existing TRIRIGA solutions to align with business requirements.
Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and reports related to lease contracts, rent calculations, and asset management.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into TRIRIGA configurations.
Provide technical troubleshooting and support for TRIRIGA applications.
Ensure TRIRIGA configurations comply with internal policies, best practices, and data security standards.
Participate in system upgrades and integration activities, ensuring minimal downtime and full compatibility.
Document development changes, workflows, and user guides for end-user training and technical support.
Must-Have Skills:Strong hands-on experience with IBM TRIRIGA, especially in Lease Management and Property Management modules.
Experience in customizing TRIRIGA applications using Application Designer, Form Builder, Workflow Designer, and Data Integrator.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills within TRIRIGA applications.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated TRIRIGA solutions.
Good understanding of real estate processes, leasing lifecycles, and property operations.
Good-to-Have Skills:Experience with TRIRIGA upgrades or migrations.
Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and BIRT reports within TRIRIGA.
Exposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, GIS).
Knowledge of TRIRIGA Application Suite (TAS) or experience with cloud-based TRIRIGA environments.
Basic understanding of Agile or DevOps methodologies.
