Job Description: - Position Title Senior QA Engineer 

Primary Skills: Software Quality Assurance, Agile Testing Methodologies, API Testing, Manual Functional Testing, Automation testing, with selenium 

Secondary Skills: Quality Analysis, Software Testing Metrics, Performance Testing 

Experience 5 to 7 years 

Principal Responsibilities:

Must have work experience in software quality assurance.  Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.  Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.  Able to Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide feedback.  Able to create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.  Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.  Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.  Must have extensive experience in manual testing.  Must have experience in API testing.  Must have database knowledge.  Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.  Able to identify any risks related to Quality or schedules.  Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.  Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.  Track project progress from a QA perspective.  Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Should be a team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.  Must have good oral and written communication skills.
