• Skilled in leveraging advanced monitoring tools for performance insights.

• Adept at debugging issues with a developer’s perspective.

• Proficient in designing and executing SQL queries.

• Capable of independently analyzing business requirements, understanding non-functional requirements, and evaluating service level agreement objectives.

• Competent in autonomously developing test scripts, identifying test parameters, and designing workload models for performance testing based on system specifications.

• Skilled in documenting test results, interpreting data, visualizing graphs, and preparing comprehensive test reports.

• In-depth understanding of complex system environments.

• Strong collaborative skills to work across system development teams, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

• Experienced in monitoring critical infrastructure components, including Kubernetes, databases, servers, and services, to detect performance degradations and downtimes.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working on the Performance Engineering and Load runner Proficiency

• 5 - 9 years of experience in Performance Engineering.
