Job Title: Automation QA Engineer- TOSCA

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, test automation, and team leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead the QA strategy, planning, and execution for the TOSCA project. ·        Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test strategies. ·        Manage a team of QA engineers (onsite/offshore) and ensure timely delivery of testing activities. ·        Design and implement test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. ·        Conduct manual and automated testing for functional, regression, integration, and system testing. ·        Track and report quality metrics, test progress, and defect statuses. ·        Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes. ·        Coordinate with development teams to resolve defects and suggest process improvements. ·        Mentor junior QA team members and perform code/test case reviews. ·        Participate in release planning, risk assessments, and go/no-go decisions.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of QA experience with proven TOSCA automation expertise ·        Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum processes. ·        Proficient in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM). ·        Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, UFT, or similar. ·        Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI). ·        Experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git. ·        Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
