Job Title: Lead I - Software Testing (API, Selenium, Java)

Hiring Locations: Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon

Must Have Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

Strong understanding of testing principles and practices

Strong understanding of SDLC

5+ years of experience in test automation with Java and Selenium

Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Git

Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills

Strong experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with BDD framework based on Cucumber

Experience with Docker, Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kubernetes

Experience Range:

5+ years of experience in software testing and automation

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the regression testing framework and monitor daily regression test results

Design, develop, and review automation scripts

Analyze test results and track software defects

Collaborate with QA, development teams, and Product Owners to develop strategies and test plans
