Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned QA Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in System Integration Testing, particularly in environments involving Genesys Cloud Contact Center Solutions and Salesforce CRM Integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing CTI integrations, IVR workflows, and customer interaction workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute system integration test plans and test cases for Genesys Cloud and Salesforce integrations. Perform end-to-end testing across the contact center ecosystem including CTI adapters, IVR flows, agent desktop behavior, and data synchronization. Validate Genesys Cloud call routing, screen pop, click-to-dial, and call control functionalities within Salesforce. Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide testing insights. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or equivalent. Develop and maintain test scripts/test cases for regression and smoke testing. Ensure traceability of requirements through all phases of testing. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Key Skills: 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing roles. Strong hands-on experience in system integration testing, particularly with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) and Salesforce. Proficient in testing CTI functionalities including click-to-dial, screen pop, call routing, call control features. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and understanding of Lightning components, cases, workflows, and agent consoles. Working knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI. Solid understanding of telephony systems, SIP, IVR, and ACD concepts. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum team. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
