EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Continuous learning, as defined by the company’s learning philosophy, is required.

Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.

Experience

5+ years of experience in software automation testing or equivalent relevant experience that provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.

Familiarity with process management methodologies.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills

Test methodology.

Test scripting in Ruby, Selenium, Java, or any programming language.

SQL.

Power BI.

Additional Skills & Knowledge

Experience with Test Management and Defect Management tools (e.g., Jira).

Preferred experience with Node.js and JavaScript testing frameworks.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.

Demonstrated leadership abilities to promote, influence, and execute the automation agenda.

Ability to work constructively with other technical experts in a collaborative environment.

Skilled in Web Services API testing (SOAP or REST-based).
