3. Technical Skills Strong hands-on proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation

4. Experience in frontend automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium WebDriver

5. Proficient in API testing tools like Postman, Pytest, or REST Assured

6. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI

7. Experience working with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure Experience with tools like QTest, Tricentis, and ability to triage bugs from application logs

8. Ability to create, manage, and maintain both manual and automated test artifacts Understanding of test metrics, traceability, and defect lifecycle Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills

9. Hand on experience as a consultant working independently to advise teams on how to adopt testing best practice Experience contributing to internal communities by sharing knowledge, insights, tools, templates and training resources
