The role involves implementing and coding APIs for highly scalable systems for text and image file ingestion, search, storage, and retrieval. Core Cloud/Backend Development (Primary) Distributed, loosely coupled APIs implementation using multiple services and functionality: storage, compute, SQS, SNS, Bedrock, EKS, ECR, caching, authentication & security, message queuing & event-driven processing, monitoring & logging etc. Nice-to-Have Skills (Secondary) Vector database API & search implementation experience - PGVector, Pinecone, or FAISS, or any other End-to-end cloud devops. implementation experience with containerization & orchestration (EKS)
