Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of SAP integration experience.

At least 3 years hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Proven expertise in Payroll system integrations (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or S/4HANA Payroll).

Proficiency in:

iFlow design and development

Groovy scripting, message mappings

Adapter configurations (SOAP, REST, OData, SFTP, IDoc)

Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and secure data handling practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating with third-party payroll systems like ADP, Kronos, or Workday.

Familiarity with banking interfaces for payroll disbursements.
