We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, configuration, and customization. This role requires close collaboration with security teams and stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable identity governance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement identity management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
Perform application onboarding, connector configuration, workflow development, and rule writing.
Customize SailPoint objects (e.g., rules, tasks, workflows, roles, policies, etc.).
Implement user provisioning, identity lifecycle management, access certification, and governance controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to SailPoint.
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to IAM best practices and standards.
Support integration with directory services (e.g., Active Directory), databases, and other enterprise systems.
Mandatory Skills:Hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) – implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, Role Management, and Access Certification.
Understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and database integration.
Strong understanding of access management and governance principles.
Nice-to-Have Skills:Proficiency in Java for developing SailPoint connectors and customization.
Knowledge of security protocols and standards like SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.
Exposure to other IAM tools is a plus.
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
