• Design, develop, and implement high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React.js.

• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into efficient, scalable code.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain cross-browser compatibility.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

• Integrate with backend APIs and services using RESTful principles.

• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Guide and mentor junior developers in technical implementation and problem-solving.

• Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and frameworks (React, Redux, TypeScript, etc.).

• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Write clean, testable code and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests.

• Participate in debugging and resolving production issues with a proactive approach.

• Ensure compliance with security and accessibility standards.

• Exposure to Java Microservices and SQL integration is highly desirable.

• Ext JS / Sencha experience is a plus.

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js. • Proven experience in building and deploying scalable, performant web applications in enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

• Practical experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Exposure to Java Microservices and SQL for full-stack collaboration.

• Prior experience working in cloud-based platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
