Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and driven ML/GenAI Engineer with a solid background in software engineering or DevOps, and 3–4 years of experience in delivering production-ready Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLM), and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI/ML tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems integration.

Must-Have Skills: Experience:

5+ years in software engineering or DevOps, including 3–4 years building and deploying production ML/LLM/GenAI solutions

Programming:

Proficient in Python

Experience with at least one modern language: TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Java

AI/ML Tooling:

Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, including:

LangChain

Semantic Kernel

LangGraph

CrewAI

AutoGen

Working knowledge of vector stores such as:

Azure Cognitive Search

Pinecone

Weaviate

pgvector

Cloud & DevOps:

Strong experience with Azure (preferred), or AWS/GCP

Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:

Terraform

Bicep

ARM templates

Expertise in Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment

Systems Integration:

Proven experience integrating with:

Enterprise data warehouses

Message buses

Identity providers using OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders

Discipline in documentation and following engineering best practices

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning

Familiarity with model monitoring and AI observability tools

Contributions to open-source AI/ML/GenAI projects
