We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer with deep experience in React, Node.js, C#, JavaScript, and expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. You will lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services while ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness. You will also be responsible for driving DevOps adoption, development best practices, and continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers across frontend and backend technologies. Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and C#. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, QA, and DevOps. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and promote DevOps practices for faster delivery. Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automation. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize existing code for speed and scalability. Work on both greenfield and existing projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Drive engineering best practices including Agile methodologies, TDD, and code documentation. Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
