Role: Power Platform Developer / Architect

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer / Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should also have a solid understanding of integration technologies and enterprise-grade application development practices.

Required Skills:

4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform

Proficiency in:

Model-driven apps

Canvas Apps

Cloud Flows and Business Process Flows using Power Automate

Strong understanding of user permission configurations

Solid background in n-tier architecture, database development, and client-server models

Experience in architecting and designing business applications using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)

Expertise in integrating applications using:

REST APIs

SOAP

HTTP

Azure Service Bus

Ability to develop reusable assets, conduct code reviews, and ensure IT governance compliance for Power Platform implementations

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and CI/CD methodologies

Knowledge of Power Platform Plugins

Hands-on experience in Java is a plus

Ability to provide thought leadership across business and technical dimensions

Proven experience in ensuring that business and technical architectures align with client requirements and deliver measurable business value

Expertise in User permissions configuration. 4. Bachelors in computer science or related field. 5. IT experience with n-tier, database, and client server design/development 6. Architecting and designing business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI. 7. Expertise on various integration technologies like REST, Service Bus, HTTP, SOAP. 8. Ability to execute development of Re-usable Assets, Code Reviews, and IT Governance for Power Practice Desired Skills 1. Well versed with SDLC, Agile, CD&CI methodologies. 2. Knowledge and expertise on Plugins 3. Hands-on Java experience is an asset. 4. Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements. 5. Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit) 6. Well experienced with design application and Infrastructure using various Application Servers, Databases, Security Managers etc. 7. Knowledge and expertise on recent trends like Cloud, AI/ML, Microservices etc.
