Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Visualization Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administering Power BI environments and a working knowledge of Tableau Cloud. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be interacting directly with customer business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer the Power BI environment including user access, workspace management, and report deployments.

Ensure dashboards and visualizations meet business requirements and follow best practices.

Provide basic support and administration for Tableau Cloud.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address issues.

Monitor performance and usage of BI tools, ensuring security and compliance.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in Power BI administration and visualization development.

Basic understanding of Tableau Cloud administration is desirable.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage customer interactions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Power BI or Tableau (optional but preferred).

Experience working in a client-facing role or with enterprise-level BI solution
