Lead Mobile/Web Application Developer

Role Summary

Act creatively to develop and lead mobile and web application development projects. Optimize application performance and code quality by selecting appropriate design patterns and technologies. Mentor developers and drive agile development practices for timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and modern JavaScript tools

Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and user-centric delivery

Translate functional requirements into scalable front-end and mobile components

Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive continuous improvement

Contribute to architectural decisions and recommend technologies for evolving business needs

Mentor a team of 3–5 developers, supporting growth and performance through coaching and feedback

Guide SCRUM processes, lead stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos

Participate in agile development and ensure alignment with business objectives

Must Have Skills

Frontend & Mobile Development:

React, React Native

JavaScript (ES6+), Redux

HTML5, CSS3

RESTful APIs and stateless architecture

Responsive Web Design principles

Leadership & Agile:

Minimum 2 years leading a SCRUM team of 3–5 engineers

Experience in Agile methodologies with CSM/CSPO certifications preferred

Proven experience in planning, execution, and stakeholder communication

Build & Tools:

Familiarity with Babel, Webpack, NPM

Git for version control

CI/CD pipeline experience

Good to Have Skills

Experience with frameworks like Angular, Ember.js

GraphQL integration

Exposure to back-end or full-stack environments

Basic understanding of server-side integration

Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)

Experience working with cross-platform mobile development

Awareness of accessibility standards and performance optimization
