Lead I - Software Engineering

Role Proficiency:

Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others' developmental activities

Outcomes:

Java Full Stack Developer Description: • UST is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java Full Stack development, Microservices Architecture, and event-driven systems using Kafka to join our innovative engineering team. • Associate will be Reporting to the Team Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable enterprise applications. • This role requires strong hands-on experience with Java-based backend systems, modern front-end frameworks, and real-time messaging platforms. • The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring code quality and performance across the application lifecycle. • The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, a collaborative team player, and passionate about delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment.
