Job Responsibilities Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in Pega PRPC Technologies.

Experience in PRPC full implementation cycle including:

Enterprise Class Structure design

Ruleset design

Hands-on experience with various PRPC rules and features:

Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions

Agents, SLA, Correspondence

Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ)

Connectors and Integration (SOAP, HTTP)

Strong knowledge of Pega Decision Management and UI elements.

In-depth experience with:

Integration with external systems (Database, SOAP/REST services)

Batch processes, Agents, and PEGA frameworks

Knowledge of PEGA Upgrade activities and PEGA Mobile

Proficiency with tools: Clipboard, Tracer, Live-UI

Solutioning and Leadership:

Plan, design, lead, and implement technical solutions and enhancements.

Analyze complex business and technical requirements.

Drive innovative designs aligning with business strategy and technical feasibility.

Define and implement reusable components and standards.

Collaborate with onshore teams and other stakeholders effectively.

Soft Skills & Methodologies:

Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking.

Proven ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.

Good knowledge of the Agile methodology.
