Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer / Architect with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise solution design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and robust solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and modern integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Business Process Flows

Configure user permissions, security roles, and manage environment settings

Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems via REST, SOAP, HTTP, Azure Service Bus

Participate in the architecture and design of scalable business solutions

Execute code reviews, implement reusable components, and enforce Power Platform governance standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/CI-CD environment

Guide stakeholders on best practices and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements

Required Skills

4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform

Expertise in Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Cloud Flows, Power Automate, and Business Process Flows

Strong knowledge of user permissions configuration and role-based access

Solid understanding of n-tier architecture, client-server design, and database systems

Experience with integration technologies: REST, SOAP, HTTP, Azure Service Bus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Desired Skills

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC

Knowledge of plugin development in Power Platform

Hands-on experience with Java (a plus)

Exposure to cloud platforms, AI/ML, Microservices architecture

Strong consulting skills with the ability to provide technical leadership and drive customer success
