Proficiency in setting up SSO (Azure AD, Okta…etc.,)

o Excellent verbal and written customer communication skills

o Ability to troubleshoot and help educate customers on setting up SSO and 3rd party integrations

o Exp - 5 to 10 years( NA regions customer facing skill is must)

o Mature and good communication skill to handle customer o EST time zone" (5 pm to 2 am IST)
