Role: Gen AI - Python Developer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years

Primary Responsibilities:

Work within a machine learning team/squad focused on developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, including Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen AI). Collaborate with different clients/SMEs to understand business requirements and develop proper Python code. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Python library. Provide ongoing support for the library. Participate in prompt engineering and maintain the prompts, ensuring they are up-to-date with new LLM (Large Language Model) versions. Conduct regular testing and performance analysis. Participate in prompt benchmarking experiments.

Skills Required:

Excellent Python Development Skills: Hands-on experience in building Python applications. Architecture Design: Strong architecture design skills for enterprise applications. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns. System Resiliency, Scalability, and Performance: Understanding of system resiliency, observability, scalability, and performance. Agile Development: Experience working in Agile development environments. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset and passion for solving complex problems. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate within the team and with clients.

Skills Desired:

OpenAI & LLM Models: Experience with OpenAI and various LLM models, including testing and performance evaluation. Java Development: Familiarity with Java development is a plus. Machine Learning & Vector Databases: Experience with ML and vector databases. Cloud Application Development: Experience in developing cloud-based applications, preferably using Microsoft Azure Cloud. FinTech Application Development: Prior experience working with FinTech applications is an advantage. Global Delivery Team: Exposure to working in a global delivery team environment.
