Role: Gen AI - Prompt Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field Years of Experience: 5 to 7  years

Primary Responsibilities:

Work within a machine learning team/squad developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, including Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen AI). Be familiar with Python development and prompt engineering, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Collaborate with different clients/SMEs to understand their business needs for prompt engineering and develop appropriate Python code. Experience with OpenAI and different LLM (Large Language Model) models, including conducting testing and performance evaluation. Contribute to the development and ongoing support of the Python library. Participate in prompt engineering, ensuring the prompts remain up-to-date with the latest LLM versions. Conduct regular testing, performance analysis, and participate in prompt benchmarking experiments.

Skills Required:

Excellent Prompt Engineering Skills and hands-on experience in building Python applications. Excellent Python Development Skills: Ability to write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code. Design Patterns & System Performance: Knowledge of design patterns, system resiliency, observability, scalability, and performance. Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile environment. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a passion for problem-solving. Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Skills Desired:

Machine Learning & Vector Databases: Experience working with machine learning and vector databases. Cloud-Based Application Development: Experience in developing cloud-based applications, preferably using Microsoft Azure Cloud. FinTech Application Development: Prior experience with FinTech application development is a plus. Global Delivery Team: Exposure to working in a global delivery team environment.
