Job Title: Salesforce Lead  Developer

Hiring Location: Pune

Experience Range: 5 to 8years

5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical lead role.

Must-Have Skills:
Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ability to lead a team of Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, sharing rules, security model, and governor limits.
Experience with trigger frameworks, integration patterns, CI/CD, and code reviews.
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g.: Copado, Gearset).
Familiarity with agent force and Data Cloud.
Familiar with Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, automated flows, and custom components.
Experience with Release Management and Deployment processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce-related issues.
Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
Version Control (e.g.: Git) experience.

Desired Certifications:
Must-Have: Salesforce Platform Developer I, App Builder
Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II
Good-to-Have: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Consultant (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud), Salesforce Certified DevOps Engineer, Latest certifications (AI Associate, Data Cloud, or Agent Force)

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring for the team.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
Review code and enforce coding standards across the team.
Manage and troubleshoot integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP).
Guide team members in developing Lightning pages, flows, and automated processes.
Monitor performance and implement optimizations.
Drive participation in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Ensure high code quality through extensive code reviews and automated testing.
