Job Title:
DocuSign CLM Developer / Administrator

Must-Have Skills:
•    Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in DocuSign CLM design, development, and implementation
•    Strong expertise in building and configuring:
o    DocuSign Forms, Templates, Workflows, Approvals, Clause Libraries
o    Salesforce writebacks
•    Solid experience with DocuSign CLM Administration including user management
•    Experience in Salesforce platform administration and integration with CLM tools
•    Hands-on knowledge of deployment processes to production and issue resolution
•    Proficient in Unit Testing, UAT, Regression, and Functional Testing support
•    Understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process
•    Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and production issue handling skills

Good-to-Have Skills:
•    Experience with DocuSign Insight
•    Integration knowledge with Oracle, Salesforce CPQ, and other enterprise systems
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
•    Ability to work with 3rd-party consultants/vendors
•    Knowledge of SOAP / REST APIs for system integration

Key Responsibilities:
•    Perform configuration, customization, and administration on DocuSign CLM:
o    Templates, Clause Libraries, Workflows, Approvals, Forms
•    Manage project tasks including enhancements, change requests, bug fixes
•    Participate in all development lifecycle stages: Build → QA → UAT → Deployment
•    Provide ongoing support for production incidents and troubleshooting
•    Coordinate with business stakeholders, UAT, and cross-functional teams
•    Maintain and ensure data integrity between CLM and connected systems (CRM/CPQ)
•    Support Salesforce integrations and writebacks within DocuSign CLM
•    Mentor junior team members, manage documentation, and contribute to knowledge sharing

•    Contribute to ERP/CRM practice initiatives like reusability assets, documentation, training
•    Participate in internal seminars, hackathons, and industry-specific solutioning
•    Demonstrate strong client communication and presentation skills
•    Self-learn and implement new ERP/CRM features proactively
•    Participate in recruitment screening and onboarding of new team members
