Job Description:

5–9 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing DevOps solutions for Salesforce, including release management, version control, and automated deployments. Create and maintain deployment pipelines and release plans using Copado. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce deployments. Should have strong communication skills and be able to work directly with clients. Ability to guide and lead a small team of DevOps members. Copado experience is a must.

Must Have:

Hands-on experience with DevOps for Salesforce (Release Management, Version Control, Automated Deployments) Copado expertise (deployment pipeline configuration, promotions, conflict resolution) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve delivery pipeline issues Strong communication skills — able to collaborate directly with clients and guide team members Experience with Version Control (such as Git) and branching strategies

Good to Have:

Experience with other Salesforce DevOps tools (Flosum, Gearset, etc) Salesforce certifications related to DevOps or Platform (Developer, Administrator) Familiarity with scripting (Python, Node) or automation tool chains (Jenkins, Travis CI) Collaborative team-working skills, mentoring, and interpersonal communication
