Role Title: Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant – Product Configuration Focus

Location: UST Locations (Bangalore /Chennai/Kochi/Coimbatore/TVM/Noida/Gurgaon/Pune)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce CPQ Consultant with strong expertise in product configuration, pricing rules, and guided selling. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable CPQ solutions and collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce CPQ solutions with a focus on complex product rules, bundles, and pricing strategies.

Configure Product Rules (Selection, Validation) and Option Constraints.

Translate business requirements into CPQ configurations through collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts.

Build scalable pricing models (Discount Schedules, Price Rules, Advanced Approvals).

Develop guided selling flows, quote templates, and custom actions.

Optimize CPQ performance and user experience across multiple personas.

Provide mentorship to junior team members and share CPQ best practices.

Work across teams during integration, migration, and UAT phases.

Must Have Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce CPQ.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Product Configuration

Product Rules (Selection, Validation)

Price Rules

Configuration Attributes

In-depth knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

Experience with Quote Templates, Guided Selling, and Custom Actions.

Familiarity with CPQ-related data models and platform limitations.

Strong understanding of deployment and testing strategies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Good to Have Skills:

Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification

Experience with Advanced Approvals

Exposure to Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)

Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, etc.)

Prior experience in mentoring team members or leading CPQ workstreams.
