5-7 years of experience working in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Strong knowledge of IBP models including:
IBP for S&OP
IBP for Demand
IBP for Supply
IBP for Inventory
IBP for Supply & Response
IBP for Control Tower
Experience with integration tools such as HCI/SDI to connect IBP with multiple source systems.
Hands-on configuration experience in SAP IBP modules and SAP APO DP (Demand Planning).
Ability to create Process Definition Documents (PDD), Design Documents, and Business Process Procedures (BPP).
Experience in integration of SAP IBP with SAP BPC, SAP ECC, and external applications.
Skilled in preparing and presenting blueprint decks and process flows using Microsoft Visio.
Experience across the SAP lifecycle: Unit Testing, Cycle Testing, Integration Testing, User Manual preparation, and User Support.
Familiarity with implementation methodologies and project status reporting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and mentor junior resources.
Good-to-Have Skills and Experience:Experience with SAP APO SNP and BW modeling/planning area configuration.
Exposure to SAP ECC production planning and S/4HANA enterprise management.
Knowledge of integration with other SAP APO modules such as PPDS and PP.
Understanding of ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC interfaces with basic technical knowledge.
Experience with SAP TPM integration.
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
Ability to lead knowledge sharing sessions and mentor juniors.
Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI for integration with SAP platforms.
Flexible, strong problem-solving skills and client-facing leadership capabilities.
