Job Title: SAP IBP Consultant

Location: Any UST India
Experience: 5-7 Years
Employment Type: Full-time only

Mandatory / Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) – specifically in Demand, S&OP, and Response/Supply modules.

Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP IBP implementation project.

Strong expertise in:

Conducting business requirement workshops

Performing Fit-Gap analysis

Designing interfaces

Writing Functional Design Specs (FDS) and Business Process Procedures (BPP)

Ability to configure SAP IBP modules:

Demand Planning

S&OP

Response/Supply

Deep understanding of S/4HANA BOM, Routings, and Production Versions.

Familiarity with:

Unit Testing, Cycle Testing

Integration Testing

User Manual Creation & End-user Support

Experience with structured SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP).

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience in stakeholder engagement and working closely with onsite/offshore teams.

Good to Have / Nice to Have:

SAP IBP Certification.

Experience with CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services).

Exposure to integration with other SAP modules: SD, MM, PS, HR.

Basic understanding of interfaces such as ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC.

Previous experience in training delivery and knowledge transfer.

Familiarity with SAP PP/DS or deeper S/4HANA supply chain functions.
