Job Title: SAP HR Business Systems Analyst( SuccessFactors Employee Central)

Location: Any UST India 

Experience - 5-7 years
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Join our IT Enterprise Applications team as an SAP HR Business Systems Analyst. You will lead functional activities including requirements gathering, design, testing, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors and other HR business applications to ensure seamless HR operations.

Lead functional tasks: define processes, gather detailed requirements, create functional designs, and deliver end-to-end solutions. Configure and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central to align with business needs. Document and execute comprehensive testing plans—system, performance, and user acceptance—to ensure quality deliverables. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Support SuccessFactors and other HR SaaS applications used by the HR team, ensuring smooth integrations and operations.

Must Have:

4-6 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central core. Experienced working on EC Time off and Timesheet will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of SAP HR module and experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HR. Experience working with US-based companies or clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

Experience supporting other HR SaaS applications beyond SuccessFactors. Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow and Confluence. Exposure to end-to-end testing including system, performance, and user acceptance testing.
