Creating POs in SAP EBP My purchasing, tracking them till getting approved on a multi-level approval process. Follow up with approvers on daily basis for getting approvals on created POs. Invoice validation and receipting for submitted POs . Handling Pos and corresponding invoices data in tracker and updating on daily basis. Software renewals related Pos creation and invoices receipting. SOW’s review to forward for getting authorized signatures and maintaining tracker for those. Capability to update monthly summary on all trackers to project on monthly and quarterly meetings. Knowledge required on Advanced Excel, Excel, Basic Macros.
