Lead I - Project Manager – Infrastructure and Workplace Management
Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure and Workplace Management Location: Bengaluru Experience Range: 6 to 10 Years Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Role Proficiency:

Lead the team in managing and handling the entire Workplace Management function/initiative across the organization.

Manage a workforce of 500 to 700 employees and a facility with over 50,000 sq. ft independently.

Coordinate IT infrastructure projects, focusing on collaboration and system enhancement.

Must-Have Skills:

Project Management (6+ years of experience)

Infrastructure Project Management

Active Directory (AD) Enhancement and Management

Office 365 (O365) Migrations

Microsoft Teams Voice Deployment

Digital Workplace Technologies

Documentation and Reporting Skills

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

Windows/Application Rollouts

AD User and OU Management

Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Familiarity with IT infrastructure and collaboration tools

Vendor Management

Stakeholder Communication

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely execution and quality deliverables.

Manage O365 migrations, Teams voice deployments, and AD enhancements effectively.

Stakeholder Management:

Maintain clear and effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Schedule and lead meetings, track actions, and ensure key deliverables are communicated.

Risk and Issue Management:

Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, timelines, and status reports.

Operational Support:

Provide support to senior leadership in decision-making for infrastructure projects.

Oversee day-to-day operations and resolve any workplace management issues.

Facilities Management:

Manage infrastructure, equipment, and service providers to ensure compliance with quality and financial standards.

Execute the Facilities Management plan, ensuring work is completed within budget and timelines.

Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and direction to maintenance technicians and third-party service providers.

Develop training programs and manage performance reviews.

Measures of Success:

Accuracy in query resolution and reporting

Timely completion of project milestones

Quality of support for decision-making

Adherence to project schedules and budgets

Employee and stakeholder satisfaction
