Lead I - Product Implementation

Role Proficiency:

Under guidance from Managers support end-to-end client Product Implementations. Lead the team owing the quality and timeliness of their work.

Outcomes:

      Lead the execution of Product Implementation plans to ensure on time on budget efficient and high-quality delivery       Lead the team of implementation Engineers; guiding them on the implementation processes       Ensure that every implementation follows the implementation process with associated risks and dependencies       Use implementation experience to actively build and refine tools and resources to support product implementations       Create effort estimation and ETA for deliverables ensuring adherence to timelines/SLAs wherever applicable       Build strong feedback loops and serve as the voice of the customer to internal partners advising improvements to product and delivery approaches       Manage setting up demos for clients as required       Partner with Lead II as required to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions       Influence and improve customer satisfaction   Set OKRs for self/team and provide feedback of goals to team members   Escalate issues to the Lead II as required for resolution or escalation   Act as a strong communication bridge between all departments and the client to execute and deliver successful implementations

Measures of Outcomes:

      Successful planning and implementation of product per client requirements       Client satisfaction score       Number of client grievances resolved within the timeframe       Personal achievement of quarterly/yearly objectives (OKR Assignments)       Product and implemented features that get used by the users       Adherence to timelines for project delivery       Compliance to design coding standards and guidelines

Knowledge in application development and deployment lifecycle preferably Agile       DevOps skills and knowledge about CI/CD tools       Strong knowledge in the implementation process with the ability to make quick decisions on technical implementations related challenges       Domain / Industry Knowledge: A working knowledge of standard business processes within the relevant industry and customer business domain       Technology Trends Knowledge: Demonstrates broad knowledge of technology trends related to multiple inter-related technologies       Knowledge in various product implementation methodologies       Experience in client facing consulting or operations role       Proven experience in leading product implementations       Tactful relationship-building skills demonstrated to influence both internal and external parties to accelerate progress towards organisation goals.   Creative and innovative approach towards solution development   Experience with Quality Automation processes and tools   Understanding of containerization and deployments   Knowledge in Cloud providers (AWS Azure Google etc.) and their tool sets   Comprehension of Config/Build/Deploy processes and tools   Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Configuration Lead We are looking for a Configuration Lead with excellent Healthcare domain knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent knowledge on Healthcare domain • Good communication skills • Experience of working in agile development environment • Experience background in HealthRules Payor (Or any platform based Healthcare product) will be preferred • Assist in planning and running configuration agile sprints with the team • Design and configure Core Admin systems for processing Claims and Clinical Operations • Conduct reviews to ensure compliance to Configuration best practices and Coding standards • Provide guidance to the Configuration team • Supervises the work of Configuration Analysts in the project • Schedule and track Configuration activities in the project • Provides status updates to the Project Manager and identify & report issues and risks • Help the onshore team in preparing the contents for Sprint demo • Responsible for promotion of configuration through all environments with the help of Team members • Maintenance of the configuration gold environment and ensuring timely backups • Handle cross functional coordination with Integration, Conversion and Testing teams representing Configuration activities • Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide status of the work to the supervisors Participate in Program Office all hands meetings to represent Configuration track
