Must-Have Skills:

SAP FICO – S4 HANA & Central Finance (CFIN) FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) New General Ledger (New GL) New Asset Accounting Controlling (CO) and CO-PA Experience in S4/HANA 1809, 1909 versions Hands-on experience in interface handling, flat files, RFCs, IDocs, proxies/web services Strong understanding of integration points between MM-SD and SD-FICO Month-end processes, EBS, and Withholding Tax Experience with AO & Fiori Reporting tools

Good-to-Have Skills:

S/4 HANA Certification Exposure to Solution Manager (SOLMAN) & GRC systems Business analyst experience on complex projects Ability to prepare test scripts including KUT documents BAU transition experience Leadership experience and ability to guide a team
